IN RESONANCE WITH RUDERAL ROOTS
In Resonance with Ruderal Roots is an art project that cultivates an embodied connection between the artist and alder trees—a pioneer species that thrives in disturbed environments but can become invasive. Through observation, sensory engagement, and foraging, the project examines coexistence. Using handmade alder ink, Tsuchimoto creates a live drawing at Gottsunda shopping center, following the ink’s flow while engaging with visitors.
