A ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE GRAVE

Art performance by SU-EN at Break Through, Munich, 2016

Break Through is a series of performances which takes place in a 1/2 m3 window space, the ”smallest performance space in the world”.
The events are curated by Dorothea Seror.

In this performance SU-EN makes a garden, interacting with the earth. Finally she throws herself into the earth.
In the artist talk afterwards many passionate opinions were heard regarding what we as humans can do to the earth.

This performance was dedicated to Yoko Ashikawa, who wrote an essay with the same title.
