This conceptual piece was created as a reaction to the various videos released on the market: Yoga for beginners, Tai-chi in 5 minutes etc.

Our wish is that everybody shall now practice at home to become a chicken! The film is takes its inspiration and structure from Jane Fonda's workout.

The film has been shown in various events, often together with a live appearance by SU-EN and Hans T Sternudd acting the characters that they are on the film.
